The food at the hotel´s modern El Jardin Restaurant is amazing, with dishes made using sustainably sourced, local ingredients and served alongside garden views. Tasty signature dishes like shrimp tostadas, black seafood risotto, and rich chocolate lava cake go down very well after a day out exploring. The property has an unbeatable location in protected cloud forest and we loved stepping outside to discover the exotic birds, chilled-out sloths, and elegant orchids that can be seen in the reserve´s dense jungle that´s been around for millions of years!
